Screen looked like new still had film on screen! Only defect was a slight dent in case that thankfully hadn’t damaged the screen… great buy

Apparently this monitor was only rated as "Fair" in which case presumably "Excellent" comes with all the original boxes, manuals, fluffy packing materials...and is hand delivered by the ghost of Steve Jobs himself. Because this fair condition refurb monitor is *spotless* The only bad thing is I bought it for my daughter and she knows it's here...so I have to give it to her. Outstanding deal and brilliant service as well. What's not to love? Happy new Year!

The screen arrived well packaged. Works perfectly.

Stated as "Good". (So paid a bit more). But when I received it I was shocked at how poor it looked. The back of the monitor was clearly spray painted. The screen has a dent on the RH side, The base is in a shocking state, The lead has clearly been repaired as it has some wires showing through where the repair wasn't properly completed. Thing is everything works. I've done my best to clean and hide the many defects. At best I would say the condition should have been stated as fair but in reality "Heavily used". Disapointed with Backmarket on this occasion as I feel I've paid too much with the state of it.

Had spent more money on "excellent". But the screen was delivered with a repaired cable. I didn't expect that. In my opinion, there really shouldn't be anything wrong with the device for "excellent", especially not something like that.

Everything is in good condition except the power cable. It doesn't work properly and make a noice when I move it

Hello, When I bought my Mac mini (November 2020) M1 3.2 GHz - SSD 1Tb - 16GB your site recommended the 27" LED QHD Apple Thunderbolt Display A1407. So I ordered 2 of them. But the connectors attached to this type of screen (obviously designed to connect to a Macbook-type laptop) are not at all suited to the MacMini !!!!

Delivered neatly as planned - very well packaged.

Equipment in mint condition. Works perfectly. Well done to Back Market
