Very smooth transaction. Amazing system, great price and the MacBook Pro was even better than expected. Like new really! No marks, keyboard is brand new, charger and cable brand new! Simply great. I miss the original box, but that is fine in light of how great the item is.

Purchased a 2020 Macbook Pro M1, good quality therefore I expected some sort of wear and tear but the condition is like new - pleasantly surprised! Literally the only issue is the caps lock key requires a little more force than the other keys to activate but this is not a concern for me.

So far it's like new -- battery is in mint condition, no visible scratches or signs of use, no performance degradations, quite fast and capable. Very good bargain. One thing that might have been annoying for some -- it came without a UK plug but it was easily fixable with those available for about 10 euro on Amazon with 2-day delivery time. It had the US and EU(2-pin so maybe China type C) plug though.

Laptop is perfect. Feels brand new, down to the box it arrived in. Was really happy with experience with Back Market from start to finish. Easy to use website, fast payment and very prompt delivery. Excellent service.

I received my laptop within a few days of ordering. The unit was in great condition and the price was good value. I'll definitely consider back market again for future electronics. There was one little issue that prevents me giving them a full 5 out of 5. The unit was shipped without a charging cable, usb-c. I had to go purchase from a local store. Apart from this my experience was excellent

Hi, i recently got this MacBook delivered to me and it’s been pretty good, it’s able to hand games like Roblox, etc; but if it’s after long use it gets pretty hot but that’s alright i just turn it off for a few minutes for it to cool down, it’s good.

Received this Macbook, which is in exceptional shape, battery is in good health, running smoothly. Apart from bit delay of 2 days which is not that much but unable to track in between these days made me slightly concerned and worried. All is well when ends well.
