A very good quality amp. On the other hand, I was surprised that you can't send Kenwood-branded equipment to BackMarket, so I'll have to take my old out-of-use amp to the dump.

The amplifier itself is good and does what it should. Unfortunately, the remote control was missing and the menus can only be fully adjusted with the remote control. If I buy the original remote control and then buy the 2-year warranty on top of that, I pay more than if I were to buy the device new, which is kind of rubbish. I left it at that for ecological reasons, if I had known, I would have bought the appliance new and now have a 2-year guarantee and an original remote control. The amplifier was too expensive in this configuration.

Good Aesthetic Grade that in the end turned out to be Excellent ! The amplifier works great, great deal!

Very good shipment, the equipment was very well packed (but not very well cleaned...). Then...a problem with the sound volume, which was impossible to adjust, and after the 2nd day the CDs had trouble playing in their entirety... so I regretfully returned the product!

It works perfectly, small aesthetic flaw but that doesn't bother me. Great what you guys are doing : giving a second chance to beautiful products with one attractive price! Much better for everyone! Thanks!

Item received completely in order, works perfectly and is in perfect visual condition, although the packaging seemed to have suffered a little. First very satisfactory experience with BackMarket.
