great aio pc, updated to 24 H2 and translated to English no worries. the Italian keyboard is the only drawback, will get used to it.

According to the description computer with wifi, but no wifi, I was slightly "upset". The rest is OK, problem solved with a wifi key. to see if the problem comes from Back Market or the reconditioner, in either case professionalism limit.

Great service and support but was let down by the DPD delivery service . My delivery got mislaid . Purchased on 3rd march and finally had my delivery today 15th march. Not yet set it up but pleased with the helpful staff at Back Market, thanks again for your support. M. Foster.

Hello to the BackMarket team, thank you for the refurbished Acer PC, it arrived like new in perfect working order and quickly. I had a hard time getting used to Chrome and more used to Windows, the reflection on the screen is a bit annoying during the day, but very happy I will surely come back to you for something else.

The delivery went well, well packaged, the computer is impeccable and there was a keyboard and mouse. A nice surprise. The computer works perfectly well. The colours are very suitable. I would recommend it.

The package arrived earlier than scheduled so I was not at home to pick it up, it was left at the nearest Ups collection point. When I went to pick it up the box had some damage, broken and bumps, but the computer works perfectly and there are no scratches or bumps that could have been caused by the way the box was. The screws to mount the foot of the computer were not included. In the advertisement it said that it was the model MSI Modern AM271P 11M and in the system information the model is MSI Modern TGL-U AM241.

Fast, good product but the Windows licence was about to expire as it was a company licence, I had to buy one and the Windows was in French, I had to reinstall it in Spanish, it didn't say so in the description, otherwise fine.
