I had been hesitating for a few years about buying from Back Market. After my desktop PC broke down, I made this purchase. There were a few scratches on the front panel, which is normal as this is a refurbished device. However, after two days, when I started it up, the PC had to run a diagnostic on the HDD...??? I left it alone and the system didn't find anything wrong. Since then the PC has been working fine. I'm waiting to see what happens next and keeping my fingers crossed. The quality/price ratio is being respected... at the moment.

Long hesitated to go for a Chromebox, but PC quit and this was the moment. Really great experience, starts up instantly, everything works, just office via office365 etc, etc. Also very happy with backmarket.

It may have been a new, never used machine, also the SSD usage details . The product box was sealed hermetically in a thick plastic bag which was put into another paper box. Manufacture date was October 2022, i.e. one year old machine. Product exactly as specified. At first boot it was running ChromeOS 104, it required one update to 105 and then it got immediately to 119. End of support by Google (AUE) is June 2030. BackMarket unfortunately does not deliver to Czech Republic, so I had to use my favourite shipping service Mailboxde.cz which for about 6 EUR has resent the very quickly delivered package from Zittau to my home address. It took one and half day more till I got it into my hands. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

There were problems with the first setup, the German language was not in the distributor. The thing is now running perfectly!

The computer was delivered quickly and at a relatively good deal for the computer specs, the condition of the pc was satisfactory, however it came with a dead CMOS battery and was unable to read the SSD, I ended up spending over 3 hours to figure out the problems, replace the battery and reinstall windows 11 using another computer.
