bonjour, heureux de pouvoir enfin m'exprimer. Cela fait 2 fois que j'achète un smartphone reconditionner sur back market , les 2 fois ,rien à redire ,les 2 smartphones fonctionnent parfaitement. Par contre pour le service client du site ,je met un ENORME 0/20 . IMPOSSIBLE DE PARLER A UN HUMAIN, AUCUN TELEPHONE .

J'ai acheté un téléphone chez vous Blackmarket A 720 euros contents de l'envoi ainsi que du téléphone Par contre la reprise de mon s7 qui était intacte Pour 10 euros ce passe très mal Le paquet a était arraché et téléphone cassé Vous vous doutez bien que je n'aurez jamais pu donner un un paquet arraché au personnel démon relais il ne l'aurais pas pris Heureusement que c'est pour 10 euros mais quand-même J'attends donc toujours mon remboursement car je Ne

très bonne qualité de l écran malgré des petites rayures sur le côté mais avec une coque on ne vois plus rien, pour la livraison pas de soucis non plus et en avance en plus donc je suis très contente et pense refaire des achats.

Expectativas largamente superadas. Ecran frontal com alguns riscos consistentes com a condição "correcto" definida pelo BackMarket mas, em tudo o resto, o telemóvel está perfeito. Registo o esforço do recondicionador em superar as expectativas, ao enviar também cabo USB, adaptador e auriculares.
