L'état du téléphone, la batterie, le micro...tout est ok sauf le son du haut parleur qui est très mauvais. Lorsque j'ai acheté le tél, j'ai cliqué sur "très bon état" et pour cet avis il apparaît en "bon état"! A part ça, il correspond bien à la description. Concernant la mauvaise qualité du son, cela aurait du être précisé. Si cela avait été le cas, j'aurai acheté un autre smartphone. J'ai acheté un Samsung que j'ai reçu rapidement. Je pensais avoir un problème de batterie et j'ai fait marcher l'assurance retour. Le service après vente a été très réactif et le problème résolu en une journée par l'équipe de Back market et le vendeur. Ce téléphone m'a très bien servi pendant 5 ans: fiable, rapide, solide (avec une protection d'écran et une coque antichocs car sinon j'ai cassé la face arrière). Produit recherché trouvé. En revanche la batterie semble limite. Charge pleine au matin. Reste 50% au midi avec une utilisation de quelques recherches sur le net, quelques appels voir pas du tout, aucune vidéo lues. Je trouve çà un peu juste. Olá amigos, já sou vosso cliente de longa data, desta vez fiquei um pouco dececiobado com o s8+ pois pensei que fosse prateado e que fosse dual. como referia o anúncio era afinal cinza artico e era single, nada de dual.. Se fosse possível dava-vos o remanescente e queria ficar com o preto que tenho no carrinho. É possivel? salvo erro custa 155€. Até aqui têm sido impecável, não tenho pelavras.
