Très satisfait de ce smartphone reconditionné, cependant, certaines fonctionnalités devraient pouvoir être désactivées et la "protection anti faux-contact" n'est vraiment pas adaptée ou trop sensible.

Ce téléphone est très bien, il remplace le Samsung S8 acheter neuf au mois d'octobre et qui fonctionnait mal. Donc je recommanderai du matériel reconditionné. En revanche il est destiné à un marché international et ne reprend pas les mêmes fonctions que ceux à destination de la France notamment l'envoi d'accusé de réception des messages et la programmation en livres ou en pounds dans le programme de Samsung health. Ça aurait été bien de le mentionner. Sinon tout le reste fonctionne très bien.

La verdad es que ha sido una experiencia muy buena, para el valor del teléfono y la calidad del mismo me parece todo correcto. Por decir algo, si que es verdad que he comprado un Iphone reacondicionado en otra página donde los estados son: Aprobado, excelente y matricula de honor, yo he pedido el excelente y de no ser por su caja no original, no había narices de decir que el teléfono no era nuevo, el teléfono venía impoluto. Con vosotros he cogido el estado excelente que es el mejor (por lo que entiendo) y es un teléfono que se nota que ha sido usado, algún rasguño apenas visible, mugre acumulada alrededor de la cámara trasera, etc. Pero en general todo ha sido correcto y el envío bastante rápido. Gracias por todo

Pour la deuxième fois j'ai utilisé Back Market pour acheter un téléphone d'occasion reconditionné : tout comme la première fois, je l'ai reçu sans problème, avec un service de livraison et d'emballage soigné, je l'utilise depuis quelques jours et pour l'instant tout fonctionne bien , mais je ne doute pas que ça continuera à bien fonctionner. Je vous remercie. Bien entendu, la prochaine fois que je changerai de téléphone, j'utiliserai toujours Back market. Merci
