I am very happy with my refurbished phone. I am not happy with the way I receive the money back for my old phone. I don’t understand why the money could be paid to me on the card I paid with. Fits iPhone 11 like a glove as they say. No reduction in button sensitivity or screen sensitivity with the glass protector. The phone and the protective case arrived on time and were well packaged. The phone looks great and although I struggled to insert the SIM - it was face up and I was used to face down. Im getting used to the phone and am sure I have lots more learn about it, for example, I have yet to try the camera lenses.
