On m’a forcé la main en m’envoyant sans me laisser le choix un autre modèle que celui que j’avais choisi sur le site et qui était, lui,à mon goût. La démarche pour le renvoyer étant compliquée (avoir une imprimante pour le bon de retour, réinitialiser l’ordi, avoir un carton neuf, l’amener chez un tel), évidemment on laisse tomber et on se retrouve avec un produit qu’on aime moyennement. Par ailleurs je viens de payer 140 euros et de passer 1h avec le service client après avoir bloqué mon clavier qwerty (j’avais demandé azerty) avec un mauvais mot de passe. Je découvre le monde apple qui fonctionne différemment d’un mac sans avoir aucune explications, notamment sur le fait qu’il n’y a aucun système de récupération des mots de passe compte sur les mac.
