Adquirí este IPad para trabajar con el. Me urgía tenerlo cuanto antes. Llego antes de la fecha indicada. Genial. Me entregaron una caja. La Tablet venia en un sobre acolchado y el cargador suelto, dentro de la caja. Mi sorpresa fue cuando comprobé que era un cargador "universal", que no es compatible con los dispositivos de Apple. Después de varias conversaciones con el servicio de Atención al cliente (Alexander), me dieron una solución satisfactoria. El servicio ha sido muy amable, atento, resolutivo y muy rápido en las gestiones. Y el IPad va estupendamente. Plus points: 1) The iPad arrived less than 24 hours after I ordered it which was impressive. 2) The iPad was in good condition mostly. Minus Points: There was a slightly lighter patch on the screen near to the Home button. (Could this be due to a battery replacement at some point?) While this isn't a major issue, I think it would help if, in future, BackMarket can include an overview of the actual screen quality. Schneller/Unkomplizierter Kauf. Lieferung Schnell 2tage mit Express. IPad in Karton geliefert. Ladekabel und Akku dabei. Im Hervorragend Zustand gekauft. Kann mich nicht beschweren Teile getauscht Generalüberholt. Mit kleiner Macke oben am Ramen wahrscheinlich beim Tausch der Teile. Sonst guter Zustand. Je suis vraiment ravie de mon iPad pro 10.5 2017 , ils fonctionne parfaitement. Buongiorno. Direi che l'esperienza è stata buona ma un po' meno rispetto al mio primo acquisto fatto da voi. l'iPad è arrivato velocemente e bene imballato ma decisamente sporco sia sul retro che sul fronte e con una ammaccatura piuttosto evidente sullo spigolo vicino all'ingresso delle cuffie (segno che ha subito un colpo o una caduta).
