Infuriating that it is impossible to speak to anyone about the payment you owe me for the trade in. It is not acceptable that you ask for passport details. It is very suspicious. And your link to contact you for help on the feedback email is broken. Many days ago you indicated you would send me the payment. I have spent a whole hour this morning trying to contact you this. What a shame you have such terrible customer service that leads you round in circles and does not answer a question. El Ipad funciona a la perfección. El problema ha sido que en la descripción ponía que venia con el cable de cargar y el enchufe para la luz, y no ha sido así, solo venía el cable, no hay rastro del enchufe. En la descripción no ponía nada de que no iba incluido, ni siquiera de que podría no ser original, por lo que yo esperaba un cargador original de apple. Tras ponerme en contacto con el servicio de BackMarket, me ofrecen o 15€ para que yo compre uno aquí (lo cual, sería comprar uno no original, porque no tienen originales para comprar y el cual cuesta 16.90, por lo que tendría que poner yo 1.90 que no es elevada, pero es que yo no debería aportar más dinero, puesto que iba incluido en la descripción) y la segunda opción es que el vendedor me mande uno compatible que es la opción que he elegido, pero que tampoco me deja contenta, ya que por el mismo precio me dan uno compatible y no uno original, que es lo que deberían ofrecerme porque en la descripción no se dice que el cargador sea compatible.iPad Air (2014) 2nd gen 32 Go - WiFi - Space GrayPurchased on the 1 April 2024
