Really wanted to stick with Huawei P30 Pro for the camera quality - delighted to have found this option of a refurbished device. Opted for "excellent" condition and it sure is in excellent condition - pristine! Delivery was prompt and informative at all steps of the process. Would definitely recommend this option and the better bonus is I get to stay on my phone plan without having to increase it if I had gone for upgrade with my provider!

1er achat sur Back Market : agréablement surprise de la qualité de mon téléphone, on croirait un neuf ! Il y a juste la batterie qui semble un peu moins tenir, mais ça reste correct, s'agissant d'un reconditionné.

Purchased this phone for my child,as my wife and both have one. Feedback is the Camera and screen quality is excellent and phone processing speed is lightning fast compared to the old P20. All in all a fantastic buy. Customer service is first class, why by new when you can have a refurbished for less.

Deuxième commande passée sur back market et je suis déçu par rapport à ma première commande : il n'y avait pas la boîte du téléphone, pas d'outil d`éjection, et après avoir passé commande j'ai trouvé le même téléphone mais en neuf moins cher que celui pris en reconditionné sur back market..

Livraison reçue 1 jour en avance. L'état du téléphone est nickel. Je recommande et c'était mon premier achat en reconditionné. Quelques points à noter : La couleur ne correspond pas, j'ai reçu un bleu au lieu d'un blanc. Il est précisé dual sim alors que je n'ai qu'un port, heureusement que je n'ai pas besoin de deux. Une protection même en plastique ne serait pas de refus. Enfin, le téléphone était en espagnol à la réception. Ca reste une très bonne expérience et je n'hésiterai pas à en parler autour de moi.

Colis reçu rapidement, le téléphone semble fonctionner correctement. L'aspect extérieur du téléphone, au premier regard, est impeccable, mais le connecteur de charge semble encrassé. En effet, la fiche électrique ne peut être insérée correctement jusqu'au bout, ce qui rend le rechargement difficile. le reconditionneur ne semble pas avoir pris soin de le nettoyer correctement. Par ailleurs, le tiroir de la carte SIM était très difficile à ouvrir.

Das gelieferte Produkt (HUAWEI P30 Pro) entspricht in vollem Umfang meinen Erwartungen. Das Gerät ist neuwertig. Es gibt keine Gebrauchsspuren. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Akkulaufzeit bisher perfekt. Ich würde mir unter diesen Voraussetzungen kein fabrikneues Handy mehr anschaffen.
