Avoid buying from this website. Their product isn't a good deal anymore. You better buy from a trusted seller (eg GiffGaff, Apple refurbished, Samsung refurbished, etc...). It is my second time now experiencing a faulty devise and black-market refuses to apply the warranty! Avoid AVOID AVOID

Item is abysmal. Sure looks OK but no where in the listing did they say that it could not be updated. The tablet is barely functional, is essentially a brick. Seller should have said could not be used and cannot be updated - pure junk. Save your money and but elsewhere.

Very slow can only go on certain stuff and won't let me do software update absolutely rubbish. can't download YouTube or anything it's absolutely rubbish
