5/5As stated the condition was excellent of the Chromebook only saw a slight scratch on the top but you would have to really go looking for anything. Charger was slightly bent but works just fine and fully charged. Happy with the product and was delivered super quickly. 4.4/5Really fantastic laptop, little old but in great condition and looks like new. One quirk is that the keyboard is US (might have missed that in the description) but it's not really an issue to either get used to a US keyboard or change the input to UK and go off muscle memory when typing. My only real complaint is about delivery - this was on time to the original estimate but the tracking information was only updated in the mid morning on day of delivery (when the laptop was already out for delivery) after no change for days to even suggest it was dispatched. I wasn't actually in for delivery because of this and it ended up going to a neighbour. If ordering again I would want that to be improved as I usually prefer to make sure I'm in or redirect to a trusted neighbour and not a random picture of a door and dressing gown.
