    Okay, so. . . customer service acted professional in most cases except one, they had great communication, they were prompt in replies and were courteous but i'll get to the negative issue at the end, The phone iteself came very quickly in the post, great job there, and it was well packaged, The quality of the phone state, when I looked at the screen, it was very impressive for a second-hand phone, it looked brand new, no scratches, and when I turned on the phone, it looked even better, Now the negative customer service issue, Before buying the smartphone I asked the customer service agent for the exact android version of the phone, they replied that it would be either android 9 or 10, I said can you double check it yourself or with the seller? They said no we can't, I said if it's android 9 or 10 that's fine but I don't want it to be android 11, they said it would be 9 or 10, And when I checked the version after turning on the phone, it was 11, Now, because i'm tech savvy, I was able to modify the phone and install android 10, but here's the thing, most people would be pissed if they asked to have a specific version and not to have another version, only to find out that they ...

    Arrived on time, quick delivery. The phone does not come with it's charger so beware of that. I bought the phone in excellent condition - no screen scratches, no charging problems looks and operates brand new. Would definitely recommend buying again if I need a new phone.

    Phone not in acceptable working condition, battery doesn't charge, easily cleanable dust and dirt around camera housing, no effort made to clean it. Awful experience, will not shop from Back Market in future

    Produit en très très bon état, envoi rapide. La batterie ne tient vraiment pas beaucoup mais je ne sais pas si c'est dû au reconditionnement ou si c'est un problème de la marque en elle même. Très satisfaite de cet achat malgré ceci.

    I was sceptical about buying a refurbished phone but am so happy I did! I wouldn't have known it wasn't brand new. Would highly recommend. The battery lasts for at least 2 days as well. Really happy. Thank you 😊 It came with an iPhone cable and was an android phone but not an issue as I had correct cables at home.

    Cellulare in ottime condizioni, ricevuto in pochissimi giorni. Prima volta che compro un prodotto ricondizionato ma se sono sempre così, comprerò solo ricondizionati (cellulare da 750€ nuovo, preso a 280.. ). Unico neo la mancanza di scatola e qualsiasi gadget annesso ma comprensibile per il prezzo così ridotto
