    Wanted a replacement for my phone which was broken and unable to be fixed. Back Market has plenty of variety and at reasonable prices.Prompt delivery and the phone is in good condition. The only little niggle I have is that the battery life is not as good as my old phone (same age )but it is still pretty good.Would recommend buying from Back Market and will be buying there again definitely.

    I've returned a faulty iPhone and have received no response from either the seller or Back market customer care as to it's status. it arrived at the sellers ten days ago and I have no idea what is going on, apart from the thought that I've been scammed. There is no way of speaking to someone at Back market, you have to converse online, which they guarantee they will reply to within 24 hours. Complete rubbish, they just ignore you.

    Bought two IPhone SE (2020) for the kids and could be happier. Firstly the price was very good. Best we saw for the refurbished ones we wanted. Delivery was very quick. The product was excellent. I left it a little late to open the packages, and was thinking about ordering a case. Not only were they both in amazing condition but they came with a screen protector (already attached), a case, a cable and a stylus. So impressed. I will be back. Thank you for such an amazing produce and equally good service.

    Das über BackMarket bestellte Produkt (iPhone SE (2022)) war, wie beschrieben, in einem tadellosen und sehr guten Zustand. Ich werde in Zukunft, bei Bedarf, jederzeit weitere s.g. 'refurbished' Products über BackMarket ordern.

    He recibido el iPhone SE (2022), 3 días antes de la fecha indicada cuando hice el pedido. El móvil está perfecto y no se aprecia ninguna marca o señal que indique que es reacondicionado. Ha valido la pena. 👏🏻👏🏻

    Relativement content de ce smartphone, propre, fonctionnel et prix correct. Le seul bémol se situera sur la batterie qui ne tient pas 24h (utilisation modéré) et qui m'oblige à le recharger au moins 1 fois dans la journée, chose dont je n'avais jamais eu à faire sur mes Android. Une fois reçu, la capacité de la batterie est de 94% qui sur papier est raisonnable pour un modèle reconditionné, mais en pratique la batterie reste faible par rapport à mon usage. Peut être aurais-je dû prendre une nouvelle batterie en option. En tous cas, pour un premier achat en reconditionné, je suis globalement satisfait.

    Mon premier smartphone reconditionné. Un peu d’appréhension, rapidement dissipée. :) Le téléphone est impeccable, en tous points conforme à la description, et batterie à 100% de sa capacité. Et en prime la livraison était rapide. Rien à redire, parfait.

    I ordered an SE22 refurbished in 'excellent' condition. It arrived ahead of schedule, and was soundly packaged. I would not be able to tell it was not a new phone! Being a novice regarding smartphones, it has taken me a while to fathom out all its complex capabilities, but I am enjoying using it and knowing that my purchase has helped the environment by saving wastage.     Muy buen producto, bien empaquetado, visualmente como nuevo y el estado de la batería como a estrenar. Soy usuario de Apple y ha sido la primera compra de iPhone reacondicionado que he hecho y sin duda me ha sorprendido gratamente, seguro que repito.

    El teléfono está en perfecto estado y 100 % batería. Es un regalo de navidad por lo tanto no ha sido utilizado todavia 28/12/23 Mi marido está muy satisfecho. Solo se dio cuenta que era reacondicionado cuando no vio la caja de Apple y preguntó. El servicio de Backmarket excelente
