4.8/5J'ai attendu la fin de la procédure de reprise de mon ancien smartphone pour exprimer mon avis sur l'achat de l'iphone 12 pro. Concerant le site Back Market, j'ai constaté le serieux de cette société : - tant par le respect de ses engagagements (reprise et paiement de mon S10e) que par le soin apporté au conditionnement et l'envoi du produit acheté. j'ai apprécié la protection d'écran fournie en cadeau. - par l'état general de l'Iphone : pas de traces d'usure ni de rayures (écran et coque). Batterie : à 100% de sa capacité qui va au delà des 80% minimum annoncés. Concernant l'Iphone lui même : c'est un excellent appareil, très fluide d'utilisation, dont la taille me convient parfaitement. Par contre, je n'ai pas encore réellement testé ses capacités en photos et vidéos. En conclusion, je recommande l'achat d'appreils reconditionnés chez Back Market. I just want to say it my first experience buying used refurbished mobile. i have been buying brand new apple from more then 10 years and i'm the kind pf person who loves keeping the gadgets mobiles laptops in a flawless condition. i came across this site and accidently ordered a fare grade mobile which was very rough and according to the website description. After one of receiving the order I came to know the site has option to select grades so I immediately returned the device. Then I reordered the same phone from same seller in excellent grade and seriously I'm amazed with conditioned it really give you a brand new phone vibe. Cons: customer support not responds timely. no helpline no to call very canned responses. can improve packaging a bit battery health are okay first phone was 83 and the next one i reordered was 84 pros you can get a phone exactly according to your budeget 12 months warranty plus extended covers as well for 35£ very cheap recommendation. dont go for fair grade you wont like that but they have very clear details about each single grade so atleast go good grade or excellent. i got my excellent grad...iPhone 12 Pro 256GB - Gold - UnlockedPurchased on the 17 April 2024

5/5Es la primera vez que he comprado un producto reacondicionado y la verdad es que no puedo estar más contento. Lo compre en estado excelente y me llego con 100% batería y sin ningun rasguño. Volveré a repetir comprando productos con vosotros el único pero que podría sacar es que estaria muy bien poder financiar los productos en más de 4 meses que es lo máximo. 5/5I went for the iPhone 12 Pro 512 GB in excellent condition and could not be happier with my purchase. Having read the reviews, I was careful to choose one refurbished by Loop Mobile, as they seemed to have the best feedback. The phone arrived within 48 hours of placing the order. A couple of very minor scuffs on the metal but the screen and camera lenses look immaculate and the battery health more than acceptable at 88%. Excellent value for money and a big step up from my old 7 plus, which I also purchased from Back Market. With this kind of service, I have no idea why anyone would want to buy a new phone.
