    This order has been marked as delivered but no goods were delivered, and we notified Backmarket of this. We filled out the forms as requested but no refund has been processed yet. Backmarket are slow to respond and making inadequate efforts to resolve the situation. We are extremely disappointed and concerned that we have been ripped off by this service.

    J'ai enfin sauté le pas en achetant du reconditionné et en plus mon premier produit Apple. Back Market au top niveau choix et prix. Très contente de mon achat, je reviendrai. Concernant l'iPad, il est arrivé super bien emballé. Il est comme neuf, l'écran est nickel, la plasturgie également, zéro rayure, zéro impact. Livré avec un chargeur générique qui ne gêne en rien, la batterie tient largement la charge.

    Mon IPad est arrivé très rapidement. Conforme à la commande. Chargeur générique neuf qui fonctionne très bien. 1ere fois que je commande un appareil reconditionné. Tout est parfait. Je recommande back market sans problème.

    The difference between second hand (buyer beware!) and refurbished (supplier’s reputation at stake) was very clear throughout the selection and buying process. I’ve got what - to me, at least - is a new iPad for half the new price. So it’s a naff gold back, but I keep it in a fully enclosed case anyway. So it’s a white surround rather than black, but I got used to that in about three seconds. The important elements on my checklist were clearly described, namely a flawless screen and a minimum of 85% of the original battery life. Very happy with my purchase and confident that it will continue to live up to all expectations.

    It took me a couple of months to pluck up the courage to buy a refurbished iPad, I needn’t have worried. It was so pristine, it looked brand new. Set up was effortless & everything appears to be perfect. My daughter is over the moon with her new iPad, would definitely recommend

    It was my first time ordering on Backmarket and it went amazingly! I received the iPad two days after ordering and when I received it, I doubted it was refurbished since it was such in a perfect state. It also works as well as a new one, I’ll definitely buy from Backmarket again!!

    So nervous my first time buying refurbished but very glad I did! My 8th gen rose gold iPad is like new not a scratch, came the next day properly boxed & works superbly! Saved me a few quid too, always a bonus! Even thinking of buying my next iPhone when I need one! Fantastic site!👍😁

    Todo como se decía en la página web, perfecto es literalmente perfecto, sin olvidarse de que es reacondicionado tenia unos pequeños rasguños en la tapa trasera por lo demas. Lo que más miedo tenía es por la batería, no me he podido sorprender más nueva... Muy buena duración y capacidad. Es la primera vez y no será la última. Sorprendente

    Très content de mon iPad 10.2 (2020). Les performances sont excellentes, l'écran est net et lumineux, offrant une expérience visuelle agréable. La capacité de l'appareil est suffisante pour mes besoins, et la durée de vie de la batterie est impressionnante. Le design est élégant, et l'iPad 10.2 se révèle être un compagnon fiable pour le travail et les loisirs. Recommandé pour ceux qui recherchent une tablette performante et polyvalente.
