Great little machine. Bought for my wife who mostly uses it to surf the web and social media. No issues. Great condition, as advertised. Speedy delivery! I know where I will buy my next laptop :-)

I have ordered two of these laptops and both had defective batteries. I returned the first one and received a refund. Choose to keep the second one and replace the battery myself. Good laptop otherwise but overall disappointing quality control from the seller

The laptop is working fine but only there is a small scratch on the screen and a little line as well but overall the device is working excellent.

I have bought several refurbished devices in recent years as even expensive brand new ones were breaking down when only 2 years old. They have become like white goods - cheaper to replace with refurbed rather than send to the repairers. I am very pleased with the HP Elite laptop from Back Market I've just bought for a mere £159. I was expecting it to have some cosmetic damage but the appearance is immaculate. It does the job and even if it breaks down in a year or so's time I won't be complaining. It arrived next day and was very well packaged.

L’ordi est super, conforme à la description et l’envoi a été très rapide. Par contre, il y avait un problème avec l’activation de Windows et il me fallait une nouvelle clé d’activation. Le vendeur / reconditionneur a été très réactif au téléphone, mais il m’a fallu quasiment un mois et plusieurs mails / appels de relance pour obtenir ce code à 15 chiffres. A part cet aspect pas hyper sérieux, tout s’est très bien passé et je recommande ce vendeur / reconditionneur sans hésiter

J'ai acheté ce HP EliteBook en condition "Très bon état" il y à 1 mois maintenant, le prix est intéressant car moins cher que du neuf. le PC est en très bon état effectivement, sauf quelques rayures sur le capot de l'écran et le bas du PC mais rien de méchant.la batterie tient bien pour l'instant, à voir dans le temps. C'était mon premier achat reconditionné et mon premier sur BackMarket. pas de regret pour l'instant
