4.6/5Lovely computer - in condition as promised. Windows 10 was pre-installed and I was able to update to Windows 11. One issue was with the keyboard. The keyboard had been changed on the computer from French to QWERTY English however the system language had not been changed. This meant that although the keyboard worked fine once logged in, passwords were still using the old keyboard layout (making it extremely difficult to login again having logged out). It took a while to find the system language setting and I had already installed Google Chrome, which remained stubbornly convinced that the language should be French. 3/5Hi, I received the PC, and everything works fine, except the Bluetooth, I replaced the dongle installed by a TP ub 400 This didn't do anything and I spent 3 hours with the TP Link ingénierie, and it seems that the bluetooth was already installed.. I bought a 3 meter audio câble. But, at every starting of the PC, the system asks me to reboot and it works.. I will have a look at the problem when i have a little bit more time.. Everything works perfectly. It was a huge saving versus a new one and it's also great to have saved a lot of waste by choosing a refurbished product. 4.6/5Bonjour, Achat effectué le 26 Décembre, livré le 30 Décembre. Livré en très bon état (rien de cassé). La machine (le PC) est conforme à la description (corei5, ssd, processeur et autre), elle est jolie. Sans rayures ou quelconque dommage à l'apparence. Sur le fond, c'est-à-dire la performance, après près d'un mois d'utilisation, la batterie tient 3h à 4h (et plus, 4H30, 4H45) selon l'usage. La machine est rapide et tout fonctionne, le wifi, le micro, haut-parleur. Comme il n'y a pas d'œuvre parfait, je cite deux bémols : la luminosité de la caméra (je ne sais pas comment régler). Et le ventilo du pc qui fait un léger bruit quand ça tourne, mais après une semaine cela s'est arrêté. Actuellement ce bruit est difficilement audible et rare.
