    First time using back market- so far a good experience. The airpods were clean and looked brand new. The left earbud has a glitch where it pauses when I turn my head too quickly to the right- likely a slight sensor error but the function can be turned off in settings if it really bothers me. For the low cost, definitely a good purchase.

    I ordered this red leather case for an iPhone 12 Pro Max but was sent a silicone case for an iPhone 11 Pro instead. Customer service was not a great experience. I needed to send the case back and only after they received it would they be able to tell me if they will send me the correct case or will issue a refund. When the case was received, they had me confirm my address and details for sending a replacement. However, they then issued a refund instead as they couldn’t source the item, all while the item is still available for purchase on the website. One message from customer service contained this paragraph: “Please refrain from responding until my return. If you reply with an "OK" or "Thank you," I will need to respond within 24 hours, potentially disrupting my ongoing follow-up process. Rest assured, I will continue to monitor this matter until it is resolved.” A very frustrating and unpleasant first experience with back market, I would recommend avoiding this site if at all possible.

    Comme d'habitude avec backmarket, ce stylet est nickel. Acheté en parfait état, pas une rayure et l'autonomie de la batterie est celle attendue. Heureusement que le reconditionné existe, car apple ne vent plus de stylet compatible avec leurs premiers iPad Pro !

    Comme neuf : à le voir dans sa boîte d’origine Apple on dirait un neuf tellement il est propre et sans aucun marque d’usure. Emballage soigné et délai de livraison respecté. C’est tout bon comme d’habitude avec Back Market et ses reconditionneurs.

    Es es tercer dispositivo que compro en Back Market y los tres han supuesto una experiencia satisfactoria. Respecto a este teclado sólo puedo dar elogios: venía en la caja original tal como lo presenta Apple, nadie diría que es de segunda mano, ni siquiera parece que sea reacondicionado, va de maravilla, limpísimo y sin un solo rasguño. De paso quiero decir que tuve hace unos dos meses un problema con un MacMini que compré hace un año y pude comprobar que el servicio de garantía es extraordinario. ¿Qué más podría decir? aconsejo esta empresa.

    Era algo excéptico sobre los productos reacondicionados pero tengo que decir que estoy muy contento con la compra. el producto de 10, la entrega antes de la fecha prevista y todo muy cuidado incluído el packaging. Muy recomendable y sin duda seguiré usando Back Market
