4.6/5Lovely computer - in condition as promised. Windows 10 was pre-installed and I was able to update to Windows 11. One issue was with the keyboard. The keyboard had been changed on the computer from French to QWERTY English however the system language had not been changed. This meant that although the keyboard worked fine once logged in, passwords were still using the old keyboard layout (making it extremely difficult to login again having logged out). It took a while to find the system language setting and I had already installed Google Chrome, which remained stubbornly convinced that the language should be French. 3.2/5HI, The Laptop was delivered with incorrect Keyboard Config. I wasted item to sort it out and eventually emailed Supplier direct who were so slow and took no responsibility for the poor quality control of their product. The advised work around using other keys for the incorrect confiG!!!! Crazy My Expectation is such time wasting mistake should never happen and support is not up to professional standard.
