Je me retrouve avec un téléphone qui ne détecte pas les écouteurs, qui ne capte pas tous les chargeurs, dont le clavier ne marche pas tout le temps, et avec un écran qui freeze régulièrement. Je suis très déçue du produit et je ne peux même pas me faire rembourser car le téléphone a eu un impact lors de la livraison donc je me retrouve hors garantie, malgré le SAV est très réactif (unique point positif jusqu'à présent). Terrible expérience, je ne suis pas prête de reprendre un téléphone reconditionné sur ce site.

Bonjour, Je me rends compte que le poco f1 a un problème de batterie. Elle se décharge très très vite. Après toute inactivité de l'appareil, il faut le remettre en charge pour pouvoir le rallumer autrement il ne s'allume pas. Je souhaiterais faire jouer la garantie et vous demander de me dire ce que je dois faire pour obtenir un appareil qui fonctionne. Merci de me répondre. Cordialement

Bonjour, Je viens de recevoir mon pocophone F1 mais il ne veut pas s'allumer. pourtant avant de l'allumer je l'ai mis à charger jusqu'à 100%. L'écran clignote en indiquant poco, mais il ne va pas plus loin. Que dois-je faire ?
