Super fast delivery and reception. The computer is impeccable, received well packaged and with the original charger so great!!! Battery at 100% with 2 charge cycles 🤨 The temperature of the charger is scary though... like every Apple product I've had so far so not the fault of the reconditioner. I put a case on it just in case as it is meant to follow me to class Perfect!!! 🥰

I really like the idea of re-using existing kit. We've bought multiple items from backmarket (all apple) and very happy each time - cheaper than the official Apple refurbished ones (and the children will scratch their phones in no time anyway). the MacBook Pro was exactly as advertised; it had one small scratch on the shell however the screen is impeccable. and it was thoroughly cleaned. thank you

My Macbook arrived quickly and I am very impressed with the condition! Minor signs of use but pretty much perfect. It's super quick and battery lasts all day. Will definitely be buying more items from Back Market as it saved so much money. The only issue was the non-apple charger that comes with the laptop, the connection was weak so it kept going on and off charge, had to buy an authentic Apple charger instead and it's now completely fine. Shame I couldn't buy a refurbished Apple charger with the purchase.
