As I normally buy a bog standard phone as I don't want to spend alot as sometimes phones can damage quickly dropping/ water damage and it's just a waste to spend alot of money . Two stars less, because I think that even if it's a refurbished product, it's more professional to clean the phone before selling it as is. What's more, I don't think it's a good idea to send the phone out with it switched on. And finally, for my part, I prefer to configure the phone myself from A to Z once it has been reset to factory mode.
