Génial, super produit pour un super prix. Seul défaut, qui doit être dû au reconditionné : certaines fonctionnalités comme Samsung Pass ne sont pas accessibles (messages en coréens, donc je suppose que la version ne devait pas être européenne ou quelque chose comme ça. Sinon tout est bien. La batterie en revanche me rend perplexe car le temps de charge indiqué sur le site Samsung pour 45W est 45 min mais moi le smartphone charge en 1h20, soit presque le double...

J'avais déjà essayé de commander un téléphone en Septembre mais, faute de stock, je ne l'ai jamais reçu. J'ai quand même réitérée l'expérience et, faute de stock, je n'ai pas eu celui que je voulais mais j'en ai enfin reçu un. La batterie ne tient pas beaucoup mais la qualité de ce Samsung galaxy s22 ultra m'épate vraiment sur la qualité des photos et vidéos. Je suis contente d'avoir un nouveau téléphone et qui plus est, reconditionné, malgré tout.

First I want to say that I was pleased to receive the order earlier than I expected it. Second the phone is absolutely as described. I was a bit sceptical at the begging thinking that a refurbished phone will never be the same as the new one but now that I've received my Samsung Galaxy s22 ultra all I can say that you can bet is new and not refurbished. Would I buy anything else from Back Market? Yeees, of course. I recommend 💯. Thank you 🙂

This is the 4th phone i have had via Backmarket. I am really pleased with it and have found no problems. I have bought 2 other refurbished phones via Amazon and both had faults which meant they needed to be returned, so BAckmarket will be my go-to company. With regard to the phone i am really pleased with it. I had a S20 Ultra last, and this phone has significantly better cameras. I also anm super pleased to have an S pen again; as my previous Galaxy Note had been my favourite ever phone. I had toyed with going the iPhone route, but I am really happy with my S22 Ultra,
