absolutely delighted with my phone! got it in good condition but really it's in excellent condition!! had a slight issue with delivery as I paid for express but was unable to receive the express due to bank holidays so I was refunded for this and the customer service was honest just fabulous!! Will definitely be buying from back market again !!😁

Deux téléphones reçus coup sur coup (Galaxy s22 5G) et tous les deux ont des soucis de communication : Le premier avait un Bluetooth instable et ne tenait pas. Le second avait des soucis de compatibilité 5G. Les téléphones reçus semblent être des telephones neufs. je ne comprend pas pourquoi ils sont neufs et dans des boîtes officielles pour du reconditionné.

absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Have never ordered a refurbished phone before and it's all I'll do from now on. Ordered a Samsung S22 in excellent condition and it's as perfect as a factory fresh phone not even a single scratch or scruff mark on it. I'm honestly blown away, phone was delivered in 48hrs in excellent packaging

I bought the Samsung Galaxy S22 in excellent condition. I couldn't be happier with the product. It may be refurbished but I would have no idea it wasn't brand new. It showed no signs of use (scratches or screen usage) and worked perfectly. For the fraction of the cost for a new phone, refurbished is the best way to go.

This is my first refurbished phone and I honestly was expecting it to look second hand, there are a few scratches on the side of the phone which you can't even see with a clear cover on but other than that it's a brand new S22 even the screen looked untouched. I got quoted a higher price in a second hand store for the exact same phone that had screen burn. Very happy I chose this.
