S20 is as good as new and arrived in good time. It has a very accurate touchscreen,compared to other smartphones. On the negative side, the battery's not great, some apps were missing, including an SMS service, My Files is hidden, and you can't close recent items (apps) individually

J'ai reçu mon Samsung S20 ultra rapidement donc ravi, j'ai rapidement remarqué qu'il chauffe très rapidement surtout pendant qu'il fais des mise à jour où lance une appli mais autrement il fonctionne très bien, la batterie semble tenir la journée sauf utilisation continue chose logique autrement je remarque qu' il n'a pas d'application ou répertoire musique obligé de téléchargé une application tiers sinon pas de problème venant du système interne. Bon achat à voir avec le temps, mais pour un reconditionner plus que satisfait en l'instant. Merci à vous back market.

Needed to up grade from Samsung a12. However didn't want to spend, money on a new phone. So went for refurbished Samsung S20 128GB. No issues in ordering from black market, process was straight forward. Phone arrived very quickly, well packed. On opening the phone it looks new, can not find any marks or blemishes. So yes very pleased with my phone. Most likely be back, next time i need to change my phone. Thanks to al at BM..

Livraison vraiment très rapide. Mon Galaxy S20 est vraiment comme neuf (si on ne sait pas que c'est un reconditionné, on ne fait pas la différence). Après 2 semaines d'utilisation, il fonctionne parfaitement, je n'ai eu aucun problème.

Appareil reconditionné mais qui n'était pas destiné au marché Européen. Initialement prévu pour les US, du coup toutes le fonctionnalités ne sont pas dispo, notamment le 'samsung Pay'. Suite ouverture litige, le vendeur reprend l'appareil et en renvoie un autre, même problème. J'explique à BackMarket d'où vient le problème, et leur demande soit un remboursement soit un envoi d'un appareil compatible avec le marché Français. Second appareil remplacé, et échangé, même problème. Je renvoie un message en précisant que je conserve le téléphone, car j'en ai un peu assez de renvoyer et d'attendre un téléphone compatible. Je précise que je ne souhaite rien en retour, si ce n'est un peu plus de clarté quant à l'origine des téléphones. Qu'on puisse savoir à l'avance que toutes les fonctions ne sont pas utilisables, et en guise de réponse j'obtiens un bon de retour! Sérieux?

Nickel, rien a redire mise a part la batterie que j'aurais voulu un poil plus coriace (recharge tous les 2 jours sans utilisation lourde) mais je pense que c'est normal pour un téléphone reconditionné !
