Was after another phone but wasn't prepared to pay extortionate prices for a new one. I originally had a Samsung S8 and only wanted something a bit more updated so went for this S10. The price was perfectly reasonable and in my budget, it arrived promptly and in immaculate condition. You would never know that it was a refurbished one! Plus with having the 1 year warranty and the team at Back Market to assist with any issues is such a peace of mind.

Produit arrivé dans un état vraiment nickel, on dirait du neuf. La Livraison était rapide. Le téléphone fonctionne nickel. Seul bémol la batterie n'a pas la même autonomie qu'un appareil neuf, mais cela ne m'étonne pas pour un appareil reconditionné.

J'en suis à mon 7e ou 8e téléphone reconditionné. Celui-ci, comme les autres, est nickel : écran comme neuf, tout comme la coque. La batterie tient bien, aucun bug à signaler. En revanche, à la réception, le téléphone était allumé, ouvert sur une page de configuration système demandant de télécharger je ne sais quoi. Par sécurité, j'ai annulé le téléchargement et programmé un reset. J'ignore si c'est ce qu'il fallait faire ou non, mais le téléphone fonctionne bien.

Bon bah écoutez, à première vue on ne m'aurait pas dit que le portable était reconditionné j'aurais pu croire qu'il était neuf tellement l'état est impeccable. J'ai hâte de voir l'utilisation dans le temps mais pour la mise en route

I love my new phone but to be honest it should have been advertised as fair ,it was a bit more scratched than I expected but a phone case hid that and the battery life is not brilliant but it’s a cool way to get a better phone without having to take out a second mortgage so I’m quite happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend any one thinking about getting a reconditioned phone,overall I’m happy
