Ordered a refurbished Samsung Galaxy A3 2016 as I really like this phone. The Samsung operating system is great and the phone fits in my pocket. (Everything newer is the size of a TV - annoying). The whole process was excellent. Easy to use website and the phone turned up in just a couple of days, well packaged and exactly as described - practically 'factory fresh'. Couldn't be more pleased. To be fair I can't comment on functionality as so far I've just checked the camera works properly (which is why I needed it) but the phone started up as if it were brand new out-of-the-box with all the inherent 'new user' set-up things to do so I really don't have any doubts about it. I'd not heard of BackMarket before but totally impressed with the whole buying process and product quality. Would definitely use again.

Received my order the next day. Not disappointed with my purchase. A little bit old but enough for my use. Easy to use. The phone is like new and comes carefully packed with Apple headphones in the box.

Even though the condition was stated as 'fair' I couldn't find a single indicator that it was a used phone. Couldn't be happier with my purchase and will definitely be getting a refurbed phone in future when needed. Also the phone was delivered the next day.

Vraiment surprise de l'état du téléphone. Très bonne expérience je reviendrai. Le seul mauvais point je trouve c'est que nous n'avons pas les photos réel du téléphone et les parties qui pourraient être un peu abîmé c'est ce qui m'a un peu retenu au départ

Hello, I had to get my daughter to do the updates. Sometimes the touch screen froze and the screen started to change or even "flash" by itself. And problem with Ecosia: no access to the history. The sound goes down or even cuts itself. My banker tried to install the application to access my accounts but without success... Maybe the history of updates.
