The MacBook Pro was good. Customer service and delivery was good. The spec is as advertised. The grade I got spoke of scratches to the body of the Mac which I didn't mind. Unfortunately, the defect on the body was quite pronounced so much so that I could see the effect on the screen when it is dark. Other than this, my Mrs has used the PC for a couple of months and she has no complaint. It works really well. Absolutely fabulous from start to finish. Bought the MacBook for my partner and she loves it. So User friendly and so very responsive. I wish that I had bought it for her a long time ago....and the speed in which it arrived was fantastic and sooooooooo well packed. I have never bought a secondhand laptop before so was a little concerned as often peoples idea of good can differ. This was the case but I have to say I could see that if it had been sold to me as new I would have thought it was. Yes it's that good. I have never had an Apple device before and haven't used Windows since 98 as it has always seemed such a mess what with reboots and please wait . . don't switch off all lasting a huge amount of time. Initially impressed. Mac is very clean. Runs much quicker than my old one. However couple of issues although I think easily resolved. Charger has stopped working. Mac wouldn’t charge but just used a friends charger and it’s charging again. Battery seems to drain really quickly when using anything other than internet (I run rekordbox) and without being plugged in battery is dead in short time. Tested health and says 92% but my old 13” Mac would run for couple of hours at least with no charger Finally I have opted for 1TB SSD. Although my ssd has nearly 700gb free space. I keep getting error saying hard drive almost full. Can you help?
