I bought it in very good quality and that's how it came. The casing part has some imperceptible scratches and some scratches that are noticeable, but only a couple (logical having bought it in very good condition and not excellent). I only used it yesterday to test if it worked and to put some things in it; everything was perfect: it works very well. It overheats quite a bit, but that's something that happens to all Apple products. However, the screen, keyboard, inside of the computer are great. i received the product yesterday and the first thing to note was the packaging with which i received it. it came wrapped in the best possible way, made so that you can keep it in case something goes wrong. the computer in very good condition seemed to be almost excellent. it has a couple of visible marks on the casing and the headphone jack you can see that it has seen better days, and yet, to use it is a marvel. All in all perfect. The small mishaps I had during shipping were solved wonderfully by customer service, another big plus. I tried twice to find a good refurbished MacBook. The first time the MacBook had sticky keys, and as it was bought for a coding course, this wasn’t going to be any good. I sent this back for repair but was told that if you push the buttons hard enough they work (not helpful) so got a refund. The second one, which I still have, has an issue with the battery. It either says 0% or 100% and will turn off suddenly when still saying 100%. However as the course was starting, I didn’t have time to send it back and try again so we’ve l kept this one. Constantly worrying the battery is going to just die.
