2.8/5Bien mais… livraison / expédition retardée bon cela me semble correct avec les fêtes de fin d’année même si un retour dès le départ pour annoncer aurait était préférable, Backmarket a bien répondu à mes questions. Livraison avec le prestataire parfaite rien à dire par contre quant à la qualité du produit à savoir un MacBook Pro en parfait état il est arrivé très légèrement emballé (protection dégonflé) donc se balade dans le carton, plusieurs grosse rayure profonde, 1 impacte (enfoncer) sur la parti arrière de l’écran, et ordinateur sale (photos à l’appui). Donc bon ayant passer plusieurs commandes chez backmarket là je suis déçu! Mauvais emballage, MacBook envoyé dans l’état, mauvaise condition de transport ?
