Product in near perfect condition when purchased in correct condition. I am delighted with my purchase. Just when it comes to turning on the computer there is no way to reset the password if you forget it like on other macbooks. I don't know if it's a refurbishment hazard or not. A little complicated to start up I almost sent it back to you! So I bought this product in 2020 and now it's 2023 and it's still working well, it was delivered to me in perfect condition and very well packaged and to this day I still use it. It was my first purchase from Back Market and I was not disappointed. I must admit that at first I was a bit scared of the system but I don't regret it. Thank you 💜 my student wallet. Thank you too. Hello, I'm a bit disappointed because one of the screws on the back of the computer doesn't hold, I'll probably end up losing it, it would have been nice to change it. The most disappointing thing is the charger, it's not original, it's not an apple and it overheats at each charge... It is very very hot, so it is certain that it will not last long and I am very very disappointed for this reason. I don't think I would buy a product like this again from you. The delivery was indeed respected. The computer is in very good condition aesthetically for a simple "good condition". Only the charger is limited because it is extremely yellow, you can see that it has lived. But after 7 months of use, I realize that it still crashes a lot. Mainly when you move it. Constantly when you hold it with one hand. As if the base of the computer under the keyboard doesn't support the asymmetry of carrying. In short, it's very decent for the price, that's for sure, but having to be extremely careful when moving it is tiring.
