Bonjour. En premier lieu je suis satisfait de la rapidité de la livraison. l'état de propreté de l'appareil n'était pas tout à fait correct. Pour le reste, j'ai eu, au bout de deux semaine un souci avec le chargeur de l'appareil, qui était défectueux. compte tenu de la necessité d'avoir un ordinateur en état de marche, je suis allé dans une boutique d'informatique près de mon domicile, pour savoir si le problème venait du chargeur ou de l'ordinateur. j'ai donc du racheter un chargeur. puis je vous renvoyer celui qui est défectueux? pour ce qui est de l'ordinateur, je n'ai pas rencontré de problème, si ce n'est qu'il s'éteint asez rapidement si je ne le laisse pas branché. (autour de 70% à l'affichage de la charge de la batterie) dois-je m'en soucier? Par avance merci pour vos réponses. Meilleurs voeux à vos équipes. J ai commandé ce macbook pour le Noël de ma fille , il est arrivé sale et en mauvaise état ensuite au moment de l allumer la batterie ne tiens pas donc je le retourne 4 jours après je reçois un crois back market j ouvre et je reconnais le même macbook donc je considère qu ils l ont réparé donc je allume et je le branche et même problème la batterie et HS Je suis vraiment déçue, maintenant j attends laMacBook Air 13.3-inch (2014) - Core i5 - 8GB SSD 256 AZERTY - FrenchPurchased on the 9 December 2023
