The product arrived in perfect condition. I had problems setting it up but it was to do with my Apple id, not the product. So far I have been able to install all the apps I want. One drawback I have noticed is that the battery life is short. I was very surprised when I opened the package because the iPad was in better condition than I expected (marked "good condition" but received in "excellent condition"). The charger is not original but it is new and works well. Delivery was super fast and the ipad air 2 was like new. Bought it to use netflix, the ios 10 version installed did not allow it even though I could get netflix on the ipad via the appstore. The update to 15.7 via reglages didn't work either...By dint of consulting blogs on the internet I downloaded itunes windows and managed to install the update, it's better to use an apple lightning cable otherwise it crashes... BackMarket at its best! Product availability, delivery time. The only downside is that there is a visible spin attack at many points trying to rip the Apple logo off the back of the iPad. I bought it looking ok and I had to stop and look very carefully to see the scratches on the screen. On the back it comes with stickers with the iPad model so I don't mind them being there plus it's going with a case so they won't show. I already have a newer iPad from 2018 and it works just as fast the one I just bought with the one I already had. The only downside is that it came without its original box, although I've already read in other reviews about this problem that I don't have any problems with it.
