Very bad experience on Back Market for me. This screen protector removes the tactile functions of the phone's keypad, and I had to try several times and press very hard to be able to type on the keys. The first time I hit it, the screen protector broke. As for the protective shell, it doesn't protect at all: same thing with the first shock, the back of my phone broke. I tried in vain to contact the back market help centre, but no matter how many times I clicked on "get help", I was sent back to page after page, without being given the telephone number of a person to contact. It feels like a bad joke. Very disappointed. I wanted to buy refurbished products to preserve our planet's resources.
