Samsung Note 10 Plus vs Note 20 Ultra Comparison

Samsung Note 10 Plus vs Note 20 Ultra

It's not an easy choice here since both are high-end Samsung smartphones with a lot going for them. If you're thinking of buying a Samsung Note 10 Plus or a Samsung Note 20 Ultra and you're not sure which one is right for you, read on.

Samsung Note 10 Plus: a phone that's easy to hold in one hand

Smartphones are getting bigger and bigger. If you want one that fits comfortably in your hand, choose the Note 10 Plus. The 6.8-inch screen (6.9-inch for the Note 20 Ultra) may seem only a little smaller, but with its slim design, it makes a difference when you're carrying it around daily.

Each phones has 12GB of RAM, making both good for playing games, watching videos or keeping lots of apps open. With average use, the Note 10 Plus's battery lasts longer than the Note 20 Ultra, probably because of the slower refresh rate. This shouldn't be a problem for the average user, as the Samsung Note 10 Plus ends the day with about 15% battery left.

Samsung Note 20 Ultra: designed for multimedia

For a smooth user experience, the Samsung Note 20 Ultra is the winner, with a refresh rate of 120Hz, twice that of the Note 10 Plus.

Its camera also outperforms the Note 10 Plus. Both smartphones have 3 lenses, but the Note 20 Ultra leads the way with extra features such as 50x digital zoom, a 5X optical lens, 8K video recording and a 108 MP sensor, resulting in clearer and more detailed images.

Both phones come with an S Pen for writing and drawing, and unless you're an artist, the response rate of the Note 10 Plus is sufficient. While neither phone is invincible, the Note 20 Ultra's screen is less likely to be damaged if dropped, as it benefits from Victus glass, which is stronger than the Note 10's Gorilla glass.

These are two premium phones and if you're looking for a seamless experience and a high-quality camera, we think the Samsung Note 20 Ultra is the best of the two.
